Delivery Policy
Orders for team member store items will ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. Average transit time for orders can be anywhere between 1 and 7 business days based off of your location. Please reach out to us at the contact info above if you do not receive your order within 10 business days.
Return Policy & Process
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (where applicable).
To return an item, please email customer service at webhelp@getdas.com to facilitate the return of your item. After receiving your return and inspecting the item condition we will process the refund or exchange requested. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
